As a registered Social Worker with a foundation in Social Services from Sheridan College, a Bachelor of Social Work from Wilfrid Laurier University, and advanced studies in Clinical Social Work at the University of Waterloo, I’ve gained insights into the complexities individuals face when navigating new environments, cultures, and the impact of various traumas on mental health.
My approach to addressing a diverse spectrum of mental health issues, from anxiety and trauma to domestic violence, self-harm, depression, and PTSD, is nuanced. It involves recognizing the unique needs of each individual and tailoring counselling to provide the most effective support.
In embracing a collaborative approach, and believe that together, we can co-create attainable goals, emphasizing your unique hopes and desires. Your well-being is at the forefront of our journey.”
