Meet Sasha

Reaching out to therapy can be hard, but life happens to all of us which can feel unfair, stressful and disappointing.

I am a Registered Social Worker in Ontario, Manitoba and New Brunswick. I graduated from York University with a Master of Social Work in 2015 and graduated from Toronto Metropolitan University with a Bachelor of Social Work in 2014. I have training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I have 5+ years of experience in Toronto Hospitals working in mental health, substance abuse and medical units with children, adolescents, adults and families as they navigate illness, financial stressors, family dynamics and other life changes.

I will provide a supportive environment so you can share your experiences in a safe space. Using a narrative, trauma-informed and anti-oppressive lens, I will integrate DBT and CBT approaches to help you work through and cope with daily and ongoing life stressors.
